Today I would love to bring you our perfect serve of the Blind Tiger Gin. Enjoy the tasting notes, hopefully this review will give you that last push to buy a bottle!
N: In the nose you first and foremost get a subtle spiciness. This spiciness comes from juniper berry and Cubeb pepper. At the end this spiciness turns into some floral notes, coming from angelica root.
P: The palette opens with the presence of malted barley. Just like in the nose we once again notice a spiciness in the taste, with some floral undertones. Contrary to the smell, we now notice a few citrus notes in the taste. A very inviting palette of flavours. F: The finish is medium to long. In the beginning the finish has a nice heat, but the gin has a surprisingly soft finish. Unexpectedly smooth for a gin of 47% ABV. S: We recommend this gin with a Fever Tree Light tonic water or Strange Love Light tonic. We had this tonics a while ago. You should try them if you can! We recommend juniper as a garnish or maybe even no garnish! This gin is perfect without garnish. Cheers to the weekend 🍸 Tonight it’s time to give a tasting to some friends! Gintasticbelgium
