Today I am very happy to present you a Belgian gin, perhaps even the best Belgian gin in our collection. Even though I recently tasted another top brand, which will follow later. Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba is one of the gems made in the Deluxe Distillery in Kortrijk (Belgium). Known as Bonnie & Clyde of the gin industry, Sophie Gheysens and Thomas Baert are the people behind the Blind Tiger that we are reviewing for you today. In 2014, they launched their first product under the name Bonnie & Clyde Gin. A beautiful duo that has become a collectors item for many gin lovers. After the success of this first product they produced 3 versions of the Blind Tiger Gin. The Piper Cubeba, the Imperial Secrets & the Liquid Gold! They also launched the' Mary White Vodka' and a 2nd batch of the Bonnie & Clyde. (And we have a couple of them shining on our shelf! This contemporary Gin is made with unusual botanicals such as malted barley, cubeb pepper, green cardamom, orris root, lavender, hops, ginger, orange blossom and more....
