Today it is time for number 6 in our list, namely Bertha's Revenge Irish Milk Gin! As we said yesterday it became increasingly difficult to rank our favourites, because secretly this gin is also worthy a top-5! The story of this gin is all about a legendary cow from Kerry. A cow that died on New Year's Eve in 1993, but because of its 49 years living in Kerry and the birth of 39 calves, She remained a living legend. Bertha or Big Bertha and her lovely story are captured in the Guiness Book of Records. The gin is made with a basis of' whey alcohol' from Irish dairy farmers, natural spring water and a mix of local foraged botanicals. We are a huge fan of this gin by its fantastic creamy taste and the story behind the gin!
We serve Bertha's Revenge in following :
• 5 cl Bertha's Revenge Gin
• 15 cl Fever Tree Indian Tonic.
• A fresh slice of lime.
• Juniper berries.
Hopefully you will enjoy Bertha's Revenge as much as we do!
Cheers,
