Up Next, Tommy and Matthew’s baby, called Moon gin. The 2 founders bought a piece of moonstone and used it in their proces to make a fantastic citrus gin. Made by Stokerij De Moor (Belgium). Moon gin is soft, smooth and even a little sweet. A citrus beauty made with other botanicals like vanilla and cinnamon. The last one was there to heat it up We had the opportunity to review this gin in the very beginning of their launch and even the launch of Gintasticbelgium. We’ve met Tommy and Matthew and had some talks about their gin and the whole process of making your own gin. (And nope it’s not that easy!) Even with an almost empty bottle we want to show you our perfect serve! If you have some Moon gin left, try this one! We made our first serve with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and used some clementine peel to garnish this beauty. Another lovely serve was made with Fever-Tree Clementine tonic water and a cinnamon stick to finish. Both brilliant, both worth a try! Make a trip to the Moon and try this amazing gin!
