N: In the nose this gin causes a true citrus explosion! Especially the lemon and lime are highlighted. Juniper is missing, which I regret. The citrus smell is assisted by the spice of the ginger. If the glass stays a bit longer, oranges and cinnamon gently get through.
P: The palette of flavours opens with the spicy keys of chili pepper and ginger. It's a pity that this is quickly weakened and taken over by the citrus we already had in our nose. Juniper is again missing in the palette of flavours, although we feel the warmth of it in the mouth.
F: The aftertaste is short and quite soft, with citrus rounding off the flavour.
S: For this gin we recommend a Thomas Henry Indian tonic. As a garnish a slice of dried lemon and if you want some extra spice a piece of fresh ginger. For us it is more a gin for summer and it would also be suitable for fresh cocktails.
