Today more about the flavours of this delicious Oak gin. Let us start right away.
N: The wonderful aromas of bourbon immediately meet us. Vanilla and wood are present in a pleasantly dominant way. In the background you will also smell the botanicals used in the basic distillate (juniper, elderflower, etc.). The tail pepper then opens up the nose and the fresh and fruity taste of orange brings a perfect balance. Very promising!
P: The first nip has a full and smooth aroma. Juniper provides a good base and the necessary warmth and is beautifully assisted by the extra spiciness of the tailpepper.
F: The aftertaste is dry, long but full of taste. Hmm I love it!
The perfect serve is simple. No tonic! Enjoy it neat and simple! It's an amazing sipping gin! You can surely add an ice cube, but I don't like this very much! If you really want to add something, choose a dried orange wheel or a thin slice of the orange zest.
