Today I am happy to tell you more about this Woodland Dry Gin. As you could read yesterday, this Gin was one that surprised us. Delicious, looking good and with an excellent quality! He will get a nice place on our shelf. We continue with the tasting notes: N: Very earthy tones with a pleasant woody smell that comes to the surface. There is also some pine in the nose, this creates a nice balance in the nose. A smell that makes you really curious for more. P: Now I suddenly get citrus. A nice balance between the citrus and the spiciness of this gin. A really tingling feeling on the tongue from the nettle. This together with the spiciness of the juniper, delicious! Citrus pulls back a little bit, bringing a somewhat softer end. F: Longer and still spicy. Love it! S: Surprisingly fresh in combination with the Thomas Henry Tonic. The tonic ensures that the spiciness remains beautiful and makes it softer. Finish with a lemon wheel. For us, this Woodland gin was certainly an added value.
