As promised today another German Gin. Today we'll bring you this rather special Woodland Dry Gin. Till Brauckmann and Matthias Czech noticed that Sauerland missed a product to represent their region in the world. As passionate gindrinkers and regional marketing specialists, they came up with the idea of creating their own gin. Together with Gregor Bierdryzcki who takes care of design and marketing and Olaf Baumeister who went looking for the suitable botanicals they came to the Woodland Dry Gin. A simple bottle with less basic botanicals. They use a lot of local botanicals that give this gin a unique taste. Botanicals such as spruce tips, wood ears, dandelion root, nettle, citrus,... So you can really speak of a lot of special botanicals that immediately appealed to us. We were pleasantly surprised!
